General conditions

  • Children up to 5 years stay free sharing the beds with parents.
  • Crib Euro 10,00 per night, if available, to be requested at the booking.
  • Internet wi fi FREE.
  • Breakfast is included in the price.
  • Nearby private parking available on payment. The price change depending on the type of vehicle and must be paid directly to the garage.
  • Pets of small and medium size are allowed and stay free upon notice to the hotel.

Standard booking conditions:

  • Cancellations or modifications are possible until 12AM (Italian time) the day that is 3 days before the arrival.
  • In case of no show or late cancellation the first night will be charged as penalty.
  • Rooms will be available from 2:00 P.M. and the day of the departure must be left before 11:00 A.M.
  • In case of early departure the hotel must be advised before 10.00 A.M. otherwise the current night will be charged.

Conditions of booking with a minimum stay (package):

  • Cancellations are possible until 12AM (Italian time) the day that is 3 day before the arrival unless otherwise indicated in the reservation. The variations are possible if observing the minimum number of nights.
  • In case of no show or late cancellation the whole stay amount will be charged.

Not refundable bookings conditions:

  • Cancellations and changes are not allowed.
  • Payment in advance and not refundable.

ATTENTION: the price doesn't include the city tax that for 3 stars hotels is 4,50 euro per person per night, to be paied at the departure by cash directly at the hotel. The tax is applide to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

There are the following exemptions:

  1. children up to twelve years old
  2. people who care for patients admitted to local hospitals, including outpatient care, for a maximum of two assistants per patient
  3. patients who make hospital care in outpatient care
  4. students of the University of Florence
