General conditions
- Children up to 5 years stay free sharing the beds with parents.
- Free crib if available to be requested at he booking.
- Internet wi fi and internet point available on payment.
- Nearby private parking available on payment.
- On arrival you must notify immediately the license plate of the car to be included on the white list of the Z.T.L.( zona traffico limitato- limited traffic zone).
- Pets of small and medium size are allowed and stay free upon notice to the hotel.

Standard booking conditions:
- Cancellations or modifications are possible until 12AM (Italian time) the day that is 3 days before the arrival.
- In case of no show or late cancellation the first night will be charged as penalty.
- Rooms will be available from 2:00 P.M. and the day of the departure must be left before 11:00 A.M.
- In case of early departure the hotel must be advised before 10.00 A.M. otherwise the current night will be charged.
- Vat are not included and will be added before the end of the reservation.
Conditions of booking with a minimum stay (package):
- Cancellations are possible until 12AM (Italian time) the day that is 5 day before the arrival unless otherwise indicated in the reservation. The variations are possible if observing the minimum number of nights.
- In case of no show or late cancellation the whole stay amount will be charged.
Not refundable bookings conditions:
- Cancellations and changes are not allowed.
- Payment in advance and not refundable.
